Eva Hobbs has been providing successful service in Real Estate since 1981. She sells in the western suburbs of Chicago in the counties of DuPage, Will, Kane and Kendall and the towns of Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Aurora & Lisle.
Eva is affiliated with Re/Max of Naperville and has won numerous awards & designations with Re/Max - Executive Club, 100% Club, Platinum Club and the coveted Hall of Fame designation (only 1/8 of 1% of all Realtors in the United States achieve this kind of production). In 2004, she acheived the rare honor of earning the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award !! In 2004, she passed the $200,000,000 mark in career sales. As a member of the DuPage Association of Realtors, she has achieved the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Lifetime Achievement awards. She has a Broker's license.
Eva was born & raised in Texas and received a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. She moved from Dallas to Naperville in 1970 and has enjoyed participating in the extraordinary growth of the town.
Eva works with a wide variety of buyers as buyer's agent. She has many corporate customers who are transferring with relocation companies, a large number of 1st time buyers who are personally referred to her and many local up-graders - some of who have bought multiple homes.
Eva works extensively with builders and new construction. The Naperville & Plainfield markets have a large variety of builders and Eva currently represents several builders as agent including Homes by Fessler and Joe Keim Home Builders. She has sold many new homes to buyers in the past 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge of new subdivisions and builders in the area. As a buyer's agent, this knowledge is invaluable.
The Naperville resale market is also important for residential real estate buyers and sellers and Eva's experience is extensive in this area. She is knowledgeable of subdivisions, styles of homes, townhouses, plus schools, parks, pricing and transportation.
Naperville has 2 award winning school districts - School District 203 which includes Naperville North High School and Naperville Central High School and School District 204 which includes Waubonsie High School and Neuqua Valley High School.
